We deliver Recruitment Apprenticeships in a several of business across Norfolk. You will cooperate with other employees gaining on-the-job training. Our experienced tutors visit monthly to accompany the study side of the Apprenticeship. They will train and enhance your recruitment skills to help you grow within your recruitment role. Our tutors will also set tasks via an online portfolio for the you to complete in-between visits.
The Apprenticeship has been developed specifically to tailor around your working environment. Your duties will depend on your employer but you will mostly be screening candidates and drawing up shortlists of candidates for clients to interview and organising interviews and selection events.
Following successful completion of the Recruitment Apprenticeship there are opportunities to continue your studies with a higher Apprenticeship or it could lead to more senior role within the team such as leadership or management.Download ‘Recruitment’ Brochure PDF
Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship
The Apprenticeship will include the following:
- Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment
- Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment
- Level 2 Functional Skills Maths and English (if required)
To complete the Apprenticeship an End Point Assessment will be carried out by an independent assessor. Your tutor will ensure that you are ready for assessment.
