Managing Food Safety

The effective management of Food Safety is critical to every food business, not only to ensure public safety but also to protect businesses from potential prosecution.  It is important that businesses are able to demonstrate to customers and auditors that staff have sufficient knowledge to control food safety within the business.

Poultec Training Limited, a Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) Premium Centre are delivering courses to help food businesses to develop staff to effectively manage food safety.  The CIEH Level 4 Award in Food Safety course is being delivered at our purpose built training centre in Mattishall on Monday 8th October to Friday 12th October.  Throughout the week, delegates will discover the aspects of food safety management critical to the success of any food business.
