Summer Cookery School

Our summer school cookery courses are ideal for young people, aged 11 to 16, who want to learn more about cooking. The courses will improve your knowledge and skills within the kitchen as well as helping to understand the nutritional values of the food you prepare, cook and eat.

Sessions will include: Nutrition and knife skills, Soup making, Stir-fries, Choux pastry, Savoury pastries and Cake Making & Decorating.

Cost: £35.00 for half day (1 session) and £60.00 for full day (2 sessions) drinks and snacks are provided for full day session

All of our sessions are led by our experienced catering tutors who are all CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) checked.

Course dates: 8th August 2011, 9th August 2011, 10th August 2011, 22nd August 2011, 23rd August 2011 and 24th August 2011

Session times: Morning Session – 09.30 – 12.30, Afternoon Session – 13.30 – 16.30
