Showcasing our learners and tutors during National Apprenticeship Week 2025

It’s National Apprenticeships Week (10th-16th February) and this year’s theme is ‘Skills for life’.

We’re celebrating all week by showcasing some of our amazing apprentices and tutors across some of the industries we specialise in.

We believe the work we do to inspire and support learners is really important:

One member of our team, Chanelle Arnold, started at Poultec as a Level 2 apprentice in Customer Service. Since then she has gone on to achieve four additional apprenticeships: a Level 2 NVQ in Business Administration, a Level 3 NVQ in Business Administration, a Level 3 IT Specialist qualification and an ILM Level 3 in Management.

Chanelle said: “The skills and knowledge I have gained throughout each of my apprenticeship programmes have provided me with hands-on experience, enhanced my confidence and enabled me to grow and further my career.

“I would highly encourage anyone considering an apprenticeship to go for it. It’s a brilliant way to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable skills and knowledge alongside gaining a recognised qualification.”
