Poultec’s occupational tutors deliver a suite of Food Safety courses suitable both for retail premises, as well as food production environments. Courses include accredited qualifications by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH), include Food Safety as well as HACCP training.
Courses are delivered at South Green Park, Mattishall as well as being available for delivery at organisations own premises.
Course delegates are provided with comprehensive course notes.

Advanced Biosecurity & Food Safety Course (web)

Our Advanced Biosecurity and Food Safety course has been developed to provide a higher level of training in biosecurity for poultry production sites. This course is aim at those who supervise or audit the biosecurity arrangements in place on a poultry production site, such as fieldsmen and area managers. CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Safety (level 2) (web)

The CIEH Food Safety Level 2 in Catering course is designed to help anyone who works in a place where food is prepared, cooked and handled. This course will make best practice recommendations for a range of food safety and hygiene hazard scenarios. What's Included in the CIEH Food Safety Level 2 in Catering: Food safety hazards; Temperature control; Refrigeration, cooling and cold holding of foods; Cooking, hot holding and reheating of foods; Food handling; Principles of safe food storage; Cleaning; Food premises and equipment; The Law. CIEH Food Safety Certificate: The CIEH is a recognised Awarding Body through its Royal Charter. The CIEH training course is certified by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health. Upon successful completion of the online Food Safety Level 2 course the certificate can be downloaded, saved and printed.
