Poultry Apprenticeships & Training
Level 2 Poultry Worker Apprenticeship
This 12-month apprenticeship is for those in a Farm Stockperson, Hatchery Assistant, Farm owner (with manager), or Relief Stockperson role. Through this apprenticeship you will gain the necessary skills, knowledge and qualifications needed to comply with poultry industry training requirements. This apprenticeship includes:
- Level 2 Diploma in Work-based Agriculture
- Monthly training sessions with expert tutors
- Tailored training plans
- Personalised one-to-one support
- Workplace visits
- Short courses: health & safety, manual handling, poultry welfare and biosecurity
- End-point assessment (EPA)
Level 3 Poultry Technician Apprenticeship
This 18-month apprenticeship is for those in a Farm Manager, Hatchery Manager/Supervisor/Chargehand, Assistant Farm Manager, or Relief Farm Manager role. Through this apprenticeship you will gain the necessary skills, knowledge and qualifications needed to comply with poultry industry training requirements. This apprenticeship includes:
