Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Service) - Highfield
Starting September 2025
Our Hospitality and Catering course for 16-18-year-olds will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to kickstart a career in this fast-paced industry. The course covers a wide range of topics and will allow you to gain hands-on experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.

Entry requirements:
You must be between the ages of 16-18. There are no formal academic entry requirements; however, an initial selection interview is mandatory.
