Apprenticeships and Training

Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship

This 12 month apprenticeship is ideal for those starting a new role as a Junior/Production Chef, or those with some experience looking to gain the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to progress in their career.

This apprenticeship includes:
Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship

This 12 month apprenticeship is ideal for those just starting a role in customer service, or those with some experience looking to gain the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to progress in their career.

This apprenticeship includes:
ILM Level 3 Team Leader Apprenticeship

This 15-month apprenticeship is aimed at those new to a team leader/supervisor/line-manager role, or those with some experience looking to gain the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to progress with their career.

16-18 Study Programmes

Level 2 Certificate in Hospitality and Catering Principles (Food Service) - Highfield
Starting September 2025

Our Hospitality and Catering course for 16-18-year-olds will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to kickstart a career in this fast-paced industry. The course covers a wide range of topics and will allow you to gain hands-on experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.

What are the benefits?
Entry requirements:

You must be between the ages of 16-18. There are no formal academic entry requirements; however, an initial selection interview is mandatory.
