Poultec Training Limited was pleased to be one of the British Turkey Awards sponsors for a fourth year; this year sponsoring the Best Christmas Premium Product category. Directors and managers from Poultec attended last week’s Awards, held at the Savoy Hotel in London. The Best Christmas Premium Product category, a new category for the awards, was won by Jimmy’s Farmers Range. Local business man and farmer Jimmy Doherty accepted the award presented by Four Times Olympic Rowing Champion Sir Matthew Pinsent CBE, with Poultec’s Managing Director Edward Bales and ex Wasps Rugby Professional Peter Scrivener.
Speaking following the event, Edward Bales said ‘We are very pleased that Jimmy’s Farmers Range won this category. It’s a pleasure to present this award to a fellow East Anglia business that shares our passion of supporting local farmers’.
Poultec Training have been providing training to the poultry industry for over 15 years, through the delivery of work-based training in the form of Apprenticeships, Diplomas and short courses.
