Poultec Training are delighted to announce we are now delivering the Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship Standard. We have already enrolled 5 Apprentices on our new Apprenticeship programme area. This adds to Poultec’s ever growing portfolio of 18 different Apprenticeship areas.
As part of the Recruitment Consultant Apprenticeship, apprentices will complete a Level 3 Diploma in Recruitment and Level 3 Certificate in Principles of Recruitment. They will learn how to identify and secure job opportunities within client organisations. This Diploma covers a variety of units such as how to establish, negotiate and agree terms and conditions of business with clients, all the necessary processes, payment and aftercare services in line with company policies, to ensure candidates and clients receive a professional and comprehensive recruitment service and how to develop successful sales techniques for recruitment plus much more.
Poultec has a track record of successfully delivering apprenticeships for more than 15 years. Not only can we deliver the training required but we can also assist the employer in the recruitment of the apprentice. The course is delivered by our qualified team who have many years of experience.

It will attract new talent into the recruitment sector and will help to up-skill the workforce to meet employer skills priorities and to further professionalise the sector. Learners will work in job roles such as trainee recruitment consultants, junior recruitment mentors, recruitment resourcer or account representatives. My new group are all keen to learn and progress within their careers.’
Group sessions are held every month either face to face at Poultec Training in Mattishall or via Zoom utilising current technology throughout lockdown.
This Apprenticeship provides a pivotal foundation for a role within the recruitment sector and provides progression into a number of more senior roles within the industry to successful learners.
