Level 3 Certificate in First Line Management

This qualification is aimed at those with a middle-management role within their business and are looking at improving their knowledge and skills, by obtaining a national recognised qualification. This award can be delivered in all business areas, as long as the individual has team leading responsibilities as part of their every-day tasks.

The ILM Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management will allow practising or potential first line managers to develop their management skills, gaining the knowledge, skills and understanding required to demonstrate their occupational competence against the related areas of the national occupational standards for leadership and management.
