Who is it For?
Aimed at those working in retail and a customer focused environment, the Retail Skills qualifications enable you to demonstrate your competency across a range of units, covering displaying stock, processing payments, resolving customer service problems and working effectively in a retail team.
Which Level?
Level 2 is designed for sales advisors, general assistants or similar staff, while level 3 is suitable for section/department managers, team leaders and supervisors.
