Diploma in Work-based Agriculture Level 3

The Diploma in Work-based Agriculture (Poultry) level 3 is ideally suited for employees working at a supervisory level, such as assistant manager or manager. This qualification replaces the Level 3 NVQ in Livestock Production (Poultry) and is a QCF qualification.

To complete this qualification the learner/employer selects units relevant to the learner’s workplace, each of which has a credit value. In total, units need to come up to the credit value of 57 credits. Poultec has developed a range of pathways to ensure all individuals complete units relevant to their area of work within the industry.

Poultec’s assessors deliver the training on the learner’s site in the form of direct assessment, and gather other evidence such as projects, questions and digital photographs. The learner builds an e-portfolio as they complete the qualification, which remains the learner’s property on completion.
