Skills for Life give the ability to read, write and speak in English and to use mathematics at a level necessary to function and progress at work and in society in general.
If you would like to improve your confidence and be better at everyday tasks, Poultec can offer training in Literacy & Numeracy and guide you through a National Certificate. You can study for accredited exams from Entry Level to the National Tests in Levels 1 & 2, which work at the same level as GCSEs.
Poultec can also offer courses in ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) in the work place or community classes. In addition Poultec is an accredited provider for ESOL for Citizenship courses, which offer national accredited certificates.
