These qualifications are developed specifically for those working in professional cookery environments or a supervisory role within the hospitality sector.

Your individual learning plan will be devised taking into account the role within your business and tasks that you undertake on a daily basis.

The Level 3 Diploma is ideal for those wanting to develop skills and knowledge, whilst working in a professional kitchen or those in a supervisory/management role within the hospitality sector.

Most learners who work towards this qualification take 14-months to complete. Learners are visited each month by a Poultec vocational competent tutor. Together they build an e-portfolio demonstrating your competence and knowledge in hospitality & catering.
