Food Safety
New EU legislation HACCP was introduced into the UK In 2006. HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) was originally introduced to control all levels of food safety from producing the food to consumers eating this food. These new legislations warranted new food training standards and the old basic food hygiene training was deemed out of date and is now being combined with HACCP to form New Food Safety Training Standards. The same applies to Retail and Catering Courses.
Poultec training offers a range of food safety courses, suitable for all levels working in the catering, retail and food manufacturing sectors.
Courses are delivered at South Green Park or can be delivered at a location of your choice, if you have a group to train.
