Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Customer Service

The NVQ Diploma in Customer Service is for anyone who works in a customer-facing role, who has accountability within their daily tasks. This qualification is suitable for any sector, as it is tailored specifically to your work place.

At this level, you are able to respond to customer issues at a strategic level, suggesting improvements to customer service strategy and helping in their implementation.

Most learners who work towards this qualification take 12-months to complete. Learners are visited each month by a Poultec vocational competent tutor. Together they build an e-portfolio demonstrating your competence and knowledge in customer service.
