Richard Hall, Orchard Surgery

Having never recruited a school-leaver before, we were a little apprehensive at taking on a young apprentice with little experience of life in general. These fears were rapidly dispelled.

Claire has integrated well into our team. With the help and guidance of Poultec, she has a training plan which is beneficial to her, and fits well with her day-to-day duties.
