The Norfolk Food Centre of Excellence has been developed to provide a high specification training resource for use by the Local Food industry, schools / colleges and the general public. The facilities have been selected for the centre as a direct result of consultation with the industry and there reflect the regional needs. The food centre will be available on a daily rental basis for companies who require facilities to assist them in developing / producing products using the latest butchery / catering equipment.
