Poultec Training Ltd is looking for a trainee administrator/receptionist who is willing to undertake a Customer Service apprenticeship and work as part of a team. Applicant should be smart in appearance, have good interpersonal and communication skills, and be familiar with the Microsoft Office suite.

Duties will be varied, but will include meeting visitors, dealing with both incoming and outgoing telephone calls, monitoring stationery supplies and reordering when necessary, as well as booking courses and updating information on computer databases.

Salary will commence at the apprenticeship rate, and will increase with proven ability once NVQ qualification has been achieved.
